The current ProofCampus demo

Privacy

A clear account of what happens when you explore the demo or get in touch.

Draft updated September 9, 2026

Explore with synthetic data

The practice workspace uses fictional people, institutions, assessments, and results. Its assessment record, appeal explanations, and simulated references stay in memory in your browser and reset when you refresh the page or choose “Reset synthetic demo.” No files are uploaded and no demo record or appeal is sent to a server.

Please do not enter real student work, identity documents, document numbers, selfies, or other sensitive personal information into the demo or send them by email.

When you contact Danny

Email hello@proofcampus.com for pilot conversations or privacy questions. An email includes your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. The purpose of this contact channel is to respond to your inquiry. A brief description of your institution and question is enough.

Website delivery and invited access

Vercel hosts the website. Delivering and securing web requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times. The current website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts; fonts are served with the site.

The invitation-only sign-in flow is separate from the public demo. It uses Supabase for email sign-in, session cookies, and institutional membership records. Identity-verification testing uses Persona Sandbox. ProofCampus keeps limited verification references and results rather than raw identity documents or biometric material. Invited testing remains synthetic-only.

Language and region

For a URL without a language, we use Vercel's country-level request header to choose Korean for South Korea and English elsewhere, including when the country is unavailable. We do not request your device's precise location or add a location field to your account.

If you choose a language, the first-party proofcampus-language cookie stores only en or ko for up to one year. It is used only to remember the display language and is readable by this site. Change it with the language switcher or remove it by clearing this site's cookies. No account is required.

Retention and requests

Refreshing the practice workspace clears its in-memory case; it does not delete emails, sign-in records, or hosting logs. Retention periods and deletion procedures for those systems need to be confirmed as part of the privacy review. This draft does not promise automatic deletion from them.

To ask about information associated with your contact or test account, or request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@proofcampus.com. Describe the request without attaching identity documents.

Before a real-data pilot

Real-user onboarding requires reviewed privacy and consent notices, institution-specific responsibilities, provider agreements, a retention and deletion schedule, and security and jurisdiction-specific legal review. Those launch gates remain open. This draft is not a substitute for those documents.
